Notre Dame reopened on a limited basis Tuesday afternoon and will resume regular scheduling Wednesday, following the shutdown forced by inclement weather Monday.The city of South Bend and St. Joseph County lifted the state of emergency at noon on Tuesday, and an email from the University stated that classes will resume at their regularly scheduled times for Wednesday.The email asked all University staff to report to work at their next regularly scheduled starting time.
